Shipping policy

* Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed. *

Flat items such as stickers which are sent through lettermail and do not include tracking. If you wish to receive tracking for your order, you will need to purchase upgraded shipping.

As of currently our processing time is 3-5 day. 

Approximate delivery times (this does not include processing time):

Canada : 1-2 weeks

USA: 1-3 weeks

International: 2-5 weeks

Order batches are dropped off at the post office once a week.

Damage

Strictly Co-Workers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us within 7 business day. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost and Stolen Packages

Please note that if you selected the cheaper shipping option that does not include tracking, and your package does not arrive: We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. 

However, if you chose the shipping option that includes tracking, please contact us and we can either provide you an alternative solution if your packages does not arrive.

Courier services are not perfect, we encourage everyone to choose the TRACKED SHIPPING options if available so we can ensure your items will arrive safely

Customs & Import Taxes/Duties

All import duties/fees vary depending on your country's bylaws and where you receive your package. We are required by law to provide an invoice of all the items you have purchased. We are not responsible for any customs charges/taxes/duties that you may have to pay.
